Backup-Pal finishes with 2 red flashes

Backup-Pal may not be properly connected to the phone and is having trouble communicating with it.  Please fully charge your phone, remove the battery for one full minute, turn your phone on and wait one minute before connecting Backup-Pal and retrying your last operation.
